1. Services
Ever Clean House provides professional house cleaning services in Cary, NC and surrounding areas including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Clayton.
Service Types
We offer various cleaning services including:
- Recurring house cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- One-time cleaning
2. Booking and Scheduling
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to decline service requests.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be subject to the full service charge.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to our refund policy and may be adjusted by your payment provider if BNPL was used.
Access to Property
You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. This may include providing keys, garage codes, or being present. If your cleaning technician cannot access your property, a trip fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
Prices are based on the size of your home, condition, and service type. We provide quotes before service. Final pricing may vary if the actual conditions differ from what was described.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments.
Service Payment Clarity
Payment Structure
Customers may choose to:
- Pay in full at checkout, or
- Place a deposit at booking with the remaining balance charged after the service is completed.
The total price, including all selected services and add-ons, is displayed before payment is confirmed.
No additional charges will be made without customer approval.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options through third-party providers such as Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
If you choose a Buy Now, Pay Later option, you will enter into a separate agreement with the payment provider. Ever Clean House is not a lender and does not determine approval, interest rates, or payment schedules.
All payment terms, approvals, and repayment obligations are managed directly by the BNPL provider.
By selecting a BNPL option, you agree to the provider's terms and conditions in addition to ours.
Refunds and Buy Now, Pay Later Payments
If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay, any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method through the provider.
Once a refund is processed, your payment plan will be adjusted or canceled according to the provider's terms. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
Ever Clean House is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by the BNPL provider.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional cost.
Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can address the issue.
We may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.
All services are considered delivered once completed at the scheduled location.
5. Liability and Insurance
Insurance
Ever Clean House is fully insured. We carry liability insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during our services.
Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Items of extraordinary value not disclosed before service
- Damage resulting from improper installation or fragile items
- Consequential or indirect damages
Reporting Damage
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Please take photos and provide detailed information.
6. Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Secure pets during service
- Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions
- Remove or secure valuable or fragile items
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ever Clean House and is protected by copyright laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
