We often have availability within 24-48 hours, depending on the service and time of year. For recurring cleaning services, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand plans change! Simply call us or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, and we'll happily reschedule at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't have to be home. Many of our clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox access. Your home is in safe hands — all our cleaners are background-checked and fully insured.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payment is due after your cleaning is complete, and you'll receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no additional cost.
