No! Our gift cards never expire. The recipient can use them whenever they're ready to book their cleaning service.
Can the gift card be used for any service?
Yes! Gift cards can be used for any of our services including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and one-time cleanings in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Clayton, NC.
What if the cleaning costs more than the gift card amount?
No problem! The recipient can simply pay the difference at the time of booking. Multiple gift cards can also be combined.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Yes, unused gift cards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order details.
How does the recipient redeem the gift card?
The recipient can redeem their gift card by calling us at (919) 650-6649 or mentioning the gift card code when booking online. We'll apply the credit to their service.
